My Story
In late October 2002, I lost my husband of close to 30 years and my oldest sister in the same week. Both deaths shook me to the core and split me open. The weeks following their passing, I found myself reaching out to my friend, Karen Fox who practiced Reiki in Iowa City, IA. Three years before, I had had four Reiki sessions with her during an exceptionally difficult time in my life.

As I struggled to regain my footing in November, a voice kept telling me to call Karen and get a Reiki session. I called her and got an appointment scheduled. As part of her practice, Karen asked me for an intention for the healing. I chose Understanding for my healing intention. What came during the session stunned me and changed my life forever. In answer to my request for Understanding, a magnificent golden being came forth to give me my answer. The Being parted the veil between this world and the world beyond where those who pass over go. The Being showed me the ever flowing life of all beings. Beings were multiple-colored energy shapes moving through the continuum of living. Upon returning to this world/dimension, I got off the Reiki table and announced that I was now on a Spiritual Path.

Having stepped onto the spiritual path, I transformed my life for all time. Over the course of the next eighteen months, I received Reiki almost every week as I worked on healing the wounds of sorrow, anger, and lack of forgiveness. During the course of my treatments, I experienced multiple visions which brought me insights and great joy. I swam with the dolphins, flew with eagles, received hugs from my late husband, and experienced my own creation on this planet.

Beginning in 2003, I started taking classes so I could make this my life. Since that day in November 2002, I have studied multiple levels of Usui Reiki, Karuna Reiki, Past Life Regression exploration, Intuition and Channeling, Flower of Life - Sacred Geometry, as well as Light Path Meditation and Mindfulness Meditation Practice.

Today, I live my passion of helping others find their way through this life with the practice of Reiki and Past Life Exploration. My connection to spirit, the Divine, the Universe, or whatever you choose to call it, grows stronger with each day as a reach through dimensions to join the Oneness of all life.
Holy Fire III Karuna & Usui Reiki
Usui Reiki brings clients relaxation, peace, healing, energy, replenishment, chakra alignment, and clarity.

Karuna Reiki, an Advanced System of Reiki, brings in the energy of compassionate action by providing healing of specific issues and relief from suffering. To pursue Karuna, one must be a Riki Master.

Holy Fire Reiki III brings clients all the benefits of the other Reiki systems while providing a more direct connection to Source energy and Beings working closely with Source energy.

Reiki can do no harm and can bring healing on so many levels. Sessions vary as the Reiki energies are guided by your Higher Self.

I combine the energies of all three - Holy Fire, Karuna, and Usui in my sessions.

Past Life Regression
The technique developed by Lori Wilson, founder of Inner Access 101, uses a simple relaxation meditation to assist clients to go back in time to discover significant lifetimes affecting this one. Clients generally explore 3 lifetimes. Clients can record the sessions. A handwritten transcription of the session is provided at the completion of the session.

Angelic Chakra Integration
Angelic Chakra Integration (ACI) is a system developed by Stephanie Ryan of Illuminations. The system consists of seven energetic symbols that are associated with the seven major chakras, and also working with seven archangels that work with each symbol: Michael, Chamuel, Jophiel, Raphael, Gabriel, Uriel, and Zadkiel. The angels are gatekeepers to our divinity, opening doors and generating energetic flow. By using these symbols, ACI practitioners invite the archangels to assist with the clearing and balancing of each chakra. ACI provides a synergy of the conscious and unconscious mind, which enables people to realign with their true purpose and remember who they really are - divine beings. It connects and reconnects people with higher levels of awareness via the body.
